Job Summary
Experienced Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys in trial preparation and case management. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing in state and federal court; communicating with clients, court, and counsel; conducting legal research and factual investigation; preparing and responding to discovery, including interrogatories; drafting and serving summons; coordinating and summarizing depositions; preparing trial binders and exhibits; drafting appellate documents and filing; managing calendars, deadlines, and case files; organizing exhibits and documents; aiding with interrogatories and other discovery requests; liaising between trial teams and external parties; witness preparation; and assisting with case settlements. Requirements include an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred) and 2+ years of litigation experience (preferred); completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred). This on-site role is designed to immerse the candidate in the team environment.
Required Qualifications

- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures, practices, etc.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
