Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of litigation experience will support attorneys before, during, and after trials by preparing pleadings, e-filing court documents, conducting legal research, drafting and organizing discovery, depositions, and trial materials, coordinating with clients and court personnel, and assisting with case settlements. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda), e-filing in state and federal courts, handling discovery (interrogatories and responses), preparing trial binders and exhibits, coordinating depositions, and liaising between trial teams and third parties. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related litigation practices are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of litigation experience required
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency (no less than 35 wpm)
