Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to support a broad range of litigation tasks. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda), E-filing in state and federal court, communicating with clients and courts, conducting legal research and factual investigation, drafting discovery documents and responses, serving summons, coordinating depositions, preparing trial binders and exhibits with the legal assistant, drafting pleadings and appellate documents, maintaining indexes, assisting with interrogatories and discovery requests, liaising between trial teams and third parties, assisting with witness preparation, and helping with case settlements. Requires at least 2 years of litigation paralegal or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an associate degree or equivalent. Remote or hybrid work is not eligible. Salary range $75,000—$115,000 USD. E-Verify participation confirms work authorization in the U.S., with standard compliance processes.
