Job Summary
Manage litigation case management and trial preparation by overseeing electronic document collections, conducting searches with computer-assisted review technologies, and collaborating with external vendors. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence while assisting with discovery requests, Bates labeling, and creating document production logs. Draft, proof, and file court filings using eFile systems, including subpoenas, briefs, and memoranda, while tracking case deadlines and calendaring events. Support witness preparation, deposition binders, and trial exhibits. Work in a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2-4 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Management of trial preparation, logistics, and presentation
- The ability to handle the multiple responsibilities of case management and trial preparation in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of litigation support systems including Case Notebook, Relativity, and Sanction
