Job Summary
Draft correspondence, assist with paper and electronic document collection, and review and produce documents for Monster's in-house litigation team. Track matters, scan, copy, file, and organize materials while coordinating automated litigation support projects using database management software and Excel. Perform factual, legal, and internet research to identify issues and prepare compilation of findings, ensuring strict confidentiality of internal affairs and client information. Manage large litigation-related projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple detailed tasks under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of solid litigation experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program
- Minimum of 3-7 years solid litigation experience
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the litigation and discovery process
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong preference for candidates with in-house legal department experience
- Combination of in-house and law firm experience
