Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal needed to support defense attorneys in a growing nationwide firm. Responsibilities include preparing court-ready pleadings and responses for e-filing in Florida state and federal courts, managing high volumes of discovery, drafting and responding to discovery requests, organizing large volumes of case documents, and coordinating with assigned attorneys on defense litigation matters including hearings, depositions, and trial preparations. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PDF), with iManage experience a plus, and possess a Paralegal Certificate. Experience in either third-party defense work (personal injury) or construction defect work is required. Strong research, writing, calendar management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.”,
