Job Summary
The Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant position requires significant legal experience, specifically in Corporate, Contract, and Real Estate litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading legal documents, managing litigation materials, maintaining legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years relevant legal experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Litigation experience – Corporate, Contract, Real Estate.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Workman’s Comp, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice experience not considered.
