Job Summary

Manage client documents, conduct litigation background checks, and draft removal documents, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for attorney review. Prepare exhibits, manage trial files, and coordinate witness prep meetings while performing online research and utilizing document review software. Review vendor invoices and ensure accurate Bates labeling and redaction of privileged information. Juggle multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment. Requires five years of labor and employment litigation experience and a Bachelor's degree. Hourly rate $35.89–$66.72. Full-time remote role in Charlotte.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Labor and employment litigation experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and perform in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to assimilate to work with a variety of state and federal jurisdictions
  • High motivation, reliability, flexibility, curiosity, and strong teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other office tools, including document review software, eDiscovery technology, and document management system

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Relativity and/or Everlaw
