Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal supporting the Business Litigation team in the Atlanta office. Responsibilities include managing all facets of litigation from discovery through trial, assisting with electronic document productions, conducting document reviews for responsiveness and privilege, finalizing filings and service to counsel (experience with e-filing), managing documents and exhibits for trials/arbitrations, utilizing litigation software such as Relativity, and coordinating deposition/interview/hearing preparation while maintaining client confidentiality. Requires strong multitasking, ability to work with multiple attorneys and staff, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years paralegal experience
- Familiarity with the litigation process (case management, discovery, databases, privilege logs, court filings, e-filing, cite checking, Shepardizing, and Bluebooking)
- Extensive experience in preparing for and attending onsite trials and arbitrations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends and holidays
