Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across civil, commercial, corporate, and construction defect matters in Boca Raton, FL. Manage state and federal electronic filings with deadlines; draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs; conduct legal research and prepare case law summaries; assist with discovery, responses, and depositions; organize and maintain case files; prepare trial exhibits and presentations; communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel; stay updated on changes in procedures and relevant case law; perform other duties as assigned by attorneys and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Experience with state and federal e-filing systems
- Drafting and editing skills for legal documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Florida Bar Paralegal Certification preferred
