Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary
Provide Litigation Paralegal support within the Supercar Claims - Diminished Value team, handling client communications, case management, and preparation/filing of court documents. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, trial preparation, discovery support, scheduling depositions and court appearances, and maintaining case files. Requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience in prelitigation or litigation matters, knowledge of insurance processes, some automotive knowledge, and proficiency with legal software (Aderant Total Office, OneDrive, Word, Excel). Preferred paralegal certification. Typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. Main office located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; remote work option available.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of paralegal experience related to prelitigation and/or litigation matters
- solid understanding of insurance processes
- some automotive knowledge
- proficiency in legal software and document management systems such as Aderant Total Office, Microsoft OneDrive, Word and Excel
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience in a law firm or legal setting
- certification as a paralegal is preferred
