Job Summary
Boutique law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of five years’ experience in bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation to support the managing partner in drafting complex pleadings. Requires working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. The role calls for significant attention to detail and strong organizational skills to assist with filing, research, and case management for a downtown Jacksonville practice. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five years’ experience in bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation
- working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
