Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation from case inception to trial and appeal; draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents; conduct legal research and case analysis; manage case files, documents, and physical evidence; coordinate discovery including drafting responses and depositions; assist in trial preparation with witness coordination and exhibit management; provide administrative support including scheduling and client communication; stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm
- Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
