Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal responsible for obtaining and managing client documents, conducting background checks and online research, drafting for attorney review (including removal documents, certificates of interested parties, disclosures, motions, orders, discovery responses, settlement/dismissal documents), preparing exhibits and appendices, Bates labeling and redaction for privileged information, and assisting in trial preparation and witness coordination. Requires preparing for motions for summary judgment, assembling exhibits, and coordinating exhibits and subpoenas. Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with eDiscovery tools (Relativity/Everlaw) and trial software (Trial Director, OnCue) is preferred. Location is Irvine, CA with hybrid work arrangement. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in labor and employment law are required.

- Labor and employment law experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other office tools, including document review software, eDiscovery technology, Relativity and/or Everlaw strongly preferred
- Experience with Trial Director, OnCue or other trial software a plus
