Job Summary
Draft pleadings, motions, and orders; electronically file pleadings; prepare responses to discovery demands; and facilitate client communication. Support trial preparation while managing a heavy case load to ensure deadlines are met. This role requires significant litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, with strong legal writing and analytical skills. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to anticipate work needs and maintain high accuracy. The position offers a hybrid schedule with one day per week remote work after training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Insurance Defense experience
- Paralegal Certificate
- 2-year College Degree in a related field
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction
