Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid

Support 2-3 litigation attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses while managing critical deadlines. Organize records, transcripts, and exhibits, and assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and trial. Maintain case files, litigation calendars, and track billable time through communication with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Requires 2-3 years of litigation experience, excellent legal writing skills, and proficiency using Microsoft Word. This role is based at a well-respected Buffalo litigation firm with a strong emphasis on toxic tort work.
