Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal to support Partners across Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction practice groups in a hybrid Boston role. Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation support from case inception through resolution, performing eDiscovery with Relativity, overseeing document management with iManage, handling e-filings at Federal and State levels via PACER, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case organization, and collaborating within a highly team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
- Prior paralegal experience in Insurance, Labor & Employment, or Construction law (experience in multiple areas a plus)
- Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and PACER strongly preferred
