Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation from intake through trial and resolution. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings and motions, managing case files and calendars, coordinating document collection and production, assisting with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and mediation, communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, conducting factual research, and maintaining accurate case records. Requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, the ability to handle multiple deadlines, and collaborative work across a litigation team.
