Job Summary
Litigation Paralegal sought to support the trial team across all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include preparing case-specific documents (memoranda, briefs), organizing case materials, conducting legal research and investigations, providing general administrative support, communicating with clients and witnesses, attending court sessions to record information, maintaining documentation, and assisting with discovery requests. Ideal candidates will have paralegal certification or an associate degree, familiarity with legal procedures and terminology, strong verbal and written communication, excellent research and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
