Job Summary
Conduct client contact, document review and production, and drafting and responding to discovery. Manage large caseloads, organize multiple case deadlines, coordinate depositions, and draft pleadings. Perform legal research, prepare exhibits, investigate matters, and assist with trial preparation and presentation. Submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
- Extensive experience with the management of large multi-case dockets
- Management of multiple case deadlines, deposition coordination, drafting pleadings, and discovery
- Highly organized and ability to work independently
- Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate (preferred)
