Job Summary
Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks. Draft substantive legal support work such as removal documents, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for attorney review. Assist with trial preparation by managing exhibits, witness lists, and subpoenas, while consistently identifying documents for production with proper Bates labeling. Perform online research using firm electronic resources and review vendor invoices for accuracy. This role requires a minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience with labor and employment litigation focus. The hourly rate ranges from $35.89 to $66.72, and the position is full-time and remote in Charlotte.
