Job Summary
Manage family law cases by calendaring deadlines, drafting pleadings such as Petitions and Motions, and preparing files for mediation, hearings, and trials. Conduct legal research, respond to discovery, and draft Final Orders while electronically filing via Odyssey and PeachCourt. Schedule virtual meetings and hearings using Zoom and WebEx. Maintain accuracy in trial notebooks and ensure all tasks are completed on time. Work independently with a focus on empathy and compassion for clients navigating divorce, custody, and adoption matters.
