Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Medical Malpractice and Civil Litigation
- Knowledge and experience of California courts, legal procedures, court filing systems, and calendaring practices required
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and assignments effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with legal software Clio, preferred not required
- Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies preferred; equivalent experience considered
