Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary
Support U.S. law firm clients through all phases of civil litigation, including case intake, discovery management, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research, organize and manage case files, coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines. Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials, and assist with document production and discovery; remote work from the Philippines is supported. Requires prior experience with U.S. civil litigation and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Works with CoreBridge Solutions’ remote-first teams delivering services to U.S.-based clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in U.S. civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently
