Job Summary
Support civil litigation matters from intake through resolution; draft and prepare routine pleadings, discovery, and correspondence; file documents in state and federal courts (electronic filing systems required); manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing; organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials; assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation; communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
- Experience with state and federal court e-filing systems required
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner-led environment
