Job Summary
Experienced Litigation Paralegal at a Atlanta-area law firm responsible for daily client and case management, drafting pleadings and managing discovery, organizing/requesting medical records, E-filing pleadings with state and federal courts, dictation as needed, investigation/research, trial preparation, and providing support during trials. Travel related to trials. Requires 7+ years civil litigation experience (preferred), ability to independently work up a personal injury case, court/trial experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience civil litigation preferred but not required
- Ability to independently work up a personal injury case
- Courtroom/Trial experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Certification/Associate Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Mature work ethic
- Knowledge of office technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
