Job Summary
Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal needed to draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and appellate documents; e-file in state and federal courts; conduct legal research and factual investigations; prepare discovery documents and responses; draft and serve summons; coordinate and schedule depositions; organize case materials and exhibits; support attorney and liaise with experts, defense attorneys, and vendors; assist with witness preparation and case settlements; required Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Personal Injury; proficiency with Litify/eCourts; strong communication, detail, and ethics; onsite full-time role in Philadelphia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury
- Proficiency in legal software and legal databases (Litify, eCourts, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical standards
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
- Relevant understanding of legal research methodologies
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to paralegal studies preferred
