Job Summary
Manage litigation files, deadlines, discovery materials, and case-related documents while organizing eDiscovery, document production, redactions, and Bates stamping. Draft written discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and other litigation documents, then prepare materials for hearings, depositions, meetings, and trials. File documents with state and federal courts, communicate with clients regarding records, and conduct public records research. Assist with cite-checking, proofreading, and document review, attending trials as needed. This role supports attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services within a collaborative, team-oriented firm environment.
