Job Summary
Manage daily administrative tasks including answering phones, sorting mail, and monitoring Outlook calendars while editing and revising legal documents to firm standards. Execute court filings through E-filing systems for Federal, State, and Bankruptcy courts, create hyperlinks and briefs using Lexis and Westlaw, and organize exhibits for trial preparation. Enter attorney time entries via Intapp, file documents in case files, and assist with lien interactions and non-legal research. Support other Legal Assistants during absences and occasionally arrive early or stay late as necessary. Requires 5+ years of law firm experience, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and specialized litigation software, and a current Notary Public commission.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm experience
- High School Diploma
- Holds a current Notary Public commission or will acquire within the first 6 months of employment

- Associate/Bachelor's degree
- Strong administrative skills with an emphasis on excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and complete a high volume of work in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while consistently delivering quality work product
- Proven experience performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both individually and within a team setting
- Flexibility to occasionally arrive early or stay late as necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Kofax Power PDF, iManage Document Management System, Best Authority, Intapp Time, Intapp Billstream, Legal Numbering, Litera Compare, Big Hand Dictation, Zoom and DocuSign
