Job Summary
Prepare correspondence and legal documents, draft written responses to requests for information, and electronically file and serve court documents in state, federal, and appellate courts. Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and maintain client and case files within the document management system. Draft and proofread pleadings, create charts and graphs, prepare trial binders and presentations, and review vendor payments and attorney expense reports. Collaborate with attorneys and administrative teams to handle overflow tasks. Minimum 3 years' civil litigation experience in California required; 5 days onsite initially, then 4 days onsite with 1 day remote.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years' experience in civil litigation experience in California state, federal, and appellate court
- Position: Non-Exempt
- Location: San Francisco
- 5 days onsite for the first 30-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter
