Job Summary
Litigation Legal Assistant in Indianapolis with a full-time role and a 3-2 hybrid schedule requiring three days in the Indianapolis office and up to two days remote. Responsibilities include preparing, retaining, and organizing correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, and electronic data; proficiency in electronic court filings; maintaining client and firm confidentiality; strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills; and collaboration with attorneys and staff. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and timekeeping software (iTimekeep or similar) is expected. Essential duties include experience with federal and state litigation, docketing, document management (NetDocuments), and drafting or handling confidential information while meeting tight deadlines. Required Qualifications
- four years of related work experience
- experience with federal and state litigation
- docketing rules and/or regulations
- proficiency in electronic court filings
- knowledge of NetDocuments
