Job Summary
Support multiple attorneys and paralegals in a commercial litigation practice by handling file and client management, document formatting/editing, e-filing, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements; requires 3-5 years of legal administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, PDF editing, and familiarity with document management systems (iManage a plus); strong writing/grammar/proofreading abilities and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years providing legal administrative support
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff
- Advanced Microsoft Office and PDF editing
- Experience with E-filing (federal and state)
- Experience with document management systems (iManage a plus)
- Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Litigation
