Job Summary
Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims at all stages, including trial. Handle cases from initial filing through to final resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and strategic case progression. This role requires experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases and the ability to manage complex litigation through to trial. You will work with a national team of over 200 members, balancing hybrid office and remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases
- Ability to manage cases through to trial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (newly qualified up to Grade A, or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Many of our team members hold accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel
