Job Summary
Monitor Federal and State Court Dockets to ensure cases remain up-to-date and critical deadlines are never overlooked. Research and calculate rules-based deadlines across multiple jurisdictions, entering this information into the firm's docketing system. Respond to calendar inquiries regarding specific reports and deadline calculations, while taking on special projects as assigned. This role supports the prestigious Litigation team remotely, requiring 5+ years of litigation experience with expertise in rules-based docketing software and Minnesota courts. Candidates must demonstrate strong database management skills, multijurisdictional savvy, and superior attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent litigation experience
- specialized in litigation docketing using a rules-based docketing software
- Recent experience supporting litigation in multiple states, including both Federal districts and State jurisdictions
- extensive knowledge in database management, data entry control, and reporting, particularly in the context of litigation
- superb attention to detail
- excell in both written and oral communication
- natural problem-solver with sound judgment
