Job Summary
Request, receive, and track outstanding OTA fees while updating the internal case management system to maintain client compliance. Review and invoice files to confirm required fee approvals, cost backups, and adherence to client or GSE fee schedules. Run daily billing reports and update files to accurately track status, ensuring costs and supporting backup are in files and invoiced correctly. Maintain accuracy and effective communication while collaborating with the team. Work extended hours as needed based on operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Must be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval
