Job Summary
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses, manage document production, and attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events while providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary. Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants throughout the case lifecycle. This membership track role includes a formal mentorship structure and offers hybrid work options for associates with at least two years of practice experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia or have pending bar exam results.
