Job Summary
Litigation Attorney leads a cross-border docket across Iowa and Nebraska with a primary focus on strategy, depositions, and trial work—not administrative tasks. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials; evaluate cases; draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; maintain clear client communication; and utilize case management systems. Flexible to work out of Iowa or Nebraska offices; immediate caseload supported by established attorneys; opportunities to build referral relationships in both markets. Requires JD from an accredited law school, active licenses in Iowa and Nebraska, and 2+ years of civil litigation experience; authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits include quarterly performance-based bonuses, medical insurance, parental leave, and 401(k). Required Qualifications
