Job Summary
Litigation Attorney in our Westmont, NJ office with 2-3 years of foreclosure litigation experience. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, attending hearings and status conferences, interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members, and providing creative solutions to mitigate client risk. Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking is valued; opportunities for growth and advancement including partnership track, and a collegial, flexible atmosphere with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar
- 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
