Job Summary
Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation and resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Take and defend depositions, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategies for diverse cases involving premises, product, and automobile liability matters. Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences while working directly with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure to provide practical legal guidance. Requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active New York license, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

- J.D. From an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New York
- Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Litigation experience preferred, although strong junior attorneys with relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in premises liability, product liability, insurance defense, or automobile liability is a plus
