Job Summary
Meet with clients to discuss cases, demonstrate empathy, and earn their trust while updating them and communicating with insurance companies regarding claims status, demands, and offers. Prepare cases for trial and litigate if necessary. Maintain superb negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within an independent office environment. This role requires a Juris Doctor degree, three to five years of personal injury litigation experience, and membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
- Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
