Litigation - Attorney

Job Summary
Manage a litigation caseload independently from inception through resolution, including attending trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and legal memoranda while communicating with clients, brokers, lenders, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple offices in North and South Carolina. This role requires an active license to practice law in NC and/or SC and strong analytical skills. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience preferred (new graduates will also be considered for associate roles)
- Experience in litigation, real estate, or creditors' rights strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Established experience in one or more of the firm's practice areas
- Portable book of business (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
