Job Summary
Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah will oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence, evaluate merits of personal injury cases, negotiate settlements, prepare demand letters, and lead a team through litigation planning, discovery, and client communications. Must have strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law, ability to manage a large caseload, and leadership capabilities. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Schedule is Full-time in an onsite professional office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar License
- 5+years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
