Job Summary
Litigation Attorney needed for a California practice: support multi-state real estate and creditors’ rights matters with emphasis on civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation. Responsibilities include court appearances, travel, and proactive use of the firm’s case management and reporting software. Requirements include active California Bar membership, 5+ years in real estate/civil litigation/creditors’ rights, deep knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Required Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice
- Proficiency with case management and reporting software
- Strong knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice
- Court appearances and travel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with collaborative mindset and sound judgment
