Job Summary
Dynamic, senior-level opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join a multi-state real estate and creditors’ rights practice. The associate will support Arkansas matters with a focus on real estate, civil litigation, and creditors’ rights, utilizing case management and reporting software, and handling motions practice, civil procedure, title issues, foreclosure, eviction, and loss mitigation. The role includes court appearances and some travel, requiring strong written and verbal communication, client service, leadership and mentoring within a collaborative environment. The firm emphasizes superior client care, professional communication, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Active membership of the Arkansas Bar in good standing
- 5+ years experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice
- Willingness to proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software
- Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation
- Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice generally
- Court appearances; some travel required
- Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication
- Self-starter; able to work collaboratively; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active Arkansas Bar; additional Bar licenses are a plus
