Independently handle general liability, toxic tort, and construction defect cases, including structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive matters, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Requires California bar admission with 3+ years of relevant experience and strong academic credentials. Candidates must demonstrate a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. The role involves handling complex civil litigation and professional liability matters with a supportive team-based environment.
