Job Summary
Manage civil, commercial, and real estate litigation matters from initial review through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and handle depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Review contracts, leases, claims, and notices while advising leadership on legal risk and exposure. Coordinate with outside counsel, vendors, witnesses, and internal teams to maintain case files and deadlines. Support matters involving landlord-tenant disputes, construction, contracts, title, and HOA issues. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, active Nevada State Bar license, and experience with property-related disputes.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada State Bar license in good standing
- Civil or commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and professional communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with real estate, property, construction, landlord-tenant, HOA, title, or contract disputes preferred
- Trial, deposition, mediation, or arbitration experience is highly valued
