Job Summary
Litigation Attorney to handle a personal caseload across commercial, contract/business disputes, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters for individuals, businesses, and organizations; opportunity to work with and be mentored by experienced partners in a respected mid-sized firm; emphasis on independent case management, strategic planning, deposition handling, discovery, negotiations, trial preparation, and mediations with a client-focused advocacy mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada
- 2-6+ years of litigation experience in general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, and/or business disputes
- Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish including strategy development, discovery management, depositions, expert coordination, law and motion practice, client and opposing counsel interfaces, trial preparation, and mediations
