Job Summary
Litigation Attorney for a consumer arbitration and litigation practice. Manage a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitrations from inception to resolution; review evidence and customer communications to develop case strategy; handle discovery and collaborate with in-house stakeholders; represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute-resolution proceedings; manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution. Preferred: arbitration experience in consumer financial services, debt-related disputes, or similar litigation. JD required; active FL bar; ability to independently manage a caseload with strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida bar license
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Litigation experience including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience
