Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of experienced legal professionals in personal injury matters, delivering high-level client service and record-setting results. The role requires 4+ years of legal experience with PI experience (plaintiff or defense), strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to guide and develop a team through complex cases. Spanish speaking is preferred. Responsibilities include working with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals by phone and in person, overseeing case management, and contributing to growth and success of the firm.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an attorney with at least 3 years of personal injury-related experience
- ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
- leadership/management responsibilities for a team of professionals in a law firm
