Job Summary
Manage all aspects of commercial and construction litigation discovery, including trial preparation and tracking billable time. Conduct research, writing, and communication while working independently or as part of a team. Prepare for and participate in court appearances and depositions with mentorship opportunities to develop litigation skills. Requires one to five years of experience and strong references.
